So after my car being gone for 5 months I finally get to collect it and the spoiler which was damaged in the accident isn’t fixed and this is a brand new car on top of that my plan as I’m looking at now is a zero access plan and now I’m being told of a access of R9000 but I have been a zero access plan for years and never paid access before. I’m stuck here at Pro beats and discovery is not even answering calls. Can someone there please urgently CALL ME
It’s been 4 months since my accident. The assessor was difficult and only validated the claim this past month. When I call the call centre I keep getting my calls dropped. I called the panel beaters yesterday they said they are still waiting for the go ahead to order parts from the Assessor. This Nwabisa Msiza is highly unprofessional and plays child’s games with peoples lives. Now initially they agreed to extend the car hire because the delay of the panel beaters fixing the car is from their side. Now they’ve changed their minds. They even dropped the phone on me. Discovery is the worse insurance ever! Now I’ll be left car less and she’s dragging her feet to have my car repaired absolutely unprofessional! I extremely do not recommend this company they are the worst insurance!
This is the worst car insurance and a **** they will take your money monthly once your in an accident they will find all means to not approve your claim. HIGHLY UNRECOMMENDED. They have the worst service ever!
Total complete **** they took my money and canceled the order and never ever refunded me
