Received my Noola 360 car seat in April 2023. November 2023 the zip at the back broke. Finally had time to tend this now just to find that my warranty expired and also now noting that the stitching in the back is also now coming undone. The pops where the cover attaches to the structure also keeps coming loose and I have to pop these back in at least 3 times a week. Contacted Noola for a quote on a new cover - R1 300. And please don't think that I got as much as an apology for their product litterally falling to pieces. Absolutely shocked to see that poor quality of this product after having spent R5 500 on a car seat and the nonchalant attitude customer service has. Looking at the responses from Noola on these other poor Hello Peter reviews I note that this sentiment is just how they feel about unhappy customers - they almost seem used to it. Very regretful of this purchase.
