Unfortunately not a good experience in this instance which is regrettable given that I've been a long standing and loyal customer to rain. Rain informed that they could not assist me with a network issue on one of my sim cards that is remote and not in my possession unless I find a way to get into possession of the sim card. I find this absolutely impractical to expect a customer to have all their sim cards in their possession particularly if they're used for data. At the very least, in the event of it being in possession of a third party, rain should have an authenticator and owner consent process in which owner grants rain permission to assist a third party in possession of the sim card or product. I currently have no network and can't get assistance as a result. I'm utterly dissatisfied by this service and they need to do better. Major inconvenience
