Chateau Gateaux Clearwater: What a horrible service by one of your Cashiers. I went to get a cake and I thought since Clearwater has a branch now let me actually go there only to meet **************. What I don't understand is why we still experience inequality in these shops. I came to the queue to pay and the other staff saw that I was following the couple that was infront of me. Ntombi, sees a Caucasian lady on the queue and tells me to go and follow the queue that had grown. One staff member then tells her that no, it the customer's turn. She insist that she would like to service that lady first. Now I am standing there frustrated because this staff\teller is choosing to put someone who was not on the queue when I got there first. What *******? Why don't you train your staff on customer experience? Why must I experience ************** hence I paid more that even the lady who was to be serviced first! If you are going to charge premium prices, you will have to have a premium service? In fact I regret buying there. And could have just went to ILlovo or Cresta. I am black and. I am happy I am and that does not MEAN I AM INFERIOR THAN THE OTHER RACE! TELL YOUR STAFF TO STOP THAT NONSENSE. At this moment as an ADVOCATE OF I EQUALITY! I WILL TELL THIS STORY TO EVERYONE SO THAT WE CAN END THIS NONSENSE!
