I’m warning people about this company!!!!they **** people their deposit not to mention the attitude you get from them especially Raphel and Phinda K…..guys be warned stay away from Balwin property if you want peace in your life….and Greenpark lifestyle centre is full of ****roaches and their unit are dirty

<div>This company treats tenants like we are nothing,**** from rental department she's so RUDE,last month they switched off my electricity,water and even denied Access of the gate because of the late rental payments and according to south African law is ******* to do so Does not matter the situation, it's is a humans right to running water,gate access and electricity.and also changing my contract was changed 3 times in the period of the year that's sick,she needs training....I recorded every conversation I had with them...and also they are people here who's owing months and I'm sure they are not treated like they treats me and no matter what I make sure that I pay my rent but I've been treated like I'm not paying....they abused me so many times now and I'm fed,my garden is not maintained sometime the bin trash are always full and they put those stinking trash right next to my window....</div>

Rude staff and very arrogant
Before thinking about staying at balwin properties Greenpark just know you will regret it for the rest of your life....do your research ,check reviews then you will thank me later.the ladies from rental are very rude and full of nonsense acting like the own the company.they were not trained to communicate with clients...

Rude staff
The ladies from rental department they are so rude especially that lady from rentals*,she doesn't know how to talk to the tenant,she treats us like we are nobody I miss old staff ,they lost the good staff...she behaves like we don't pay,worse I was locked because they changed the system at the gate at Greenpark she told me that she will activate my access after I paid and I'm in the construction sector sometimes I get late payments and I always communicate in advance via email and I make sure my rent is paid no matter the circumstances that I come across in the construction but she's so understanding towards others I'm not sure if she's having a problem with me or what...my neighbor he's behind with his rent but he never came across the situation....she always sending me emails to evict me and my kids.and I'm not owing balwin anything

Kicking me out
I've been renting at Greenpark lifestyle estate balwin properties for more than two years now and lately I had problems with late payments so they started by cancelling my yearly contract for not paying just for a month,now Jessica mkhwa**** she's saying I must move out of the premises and what I don't understand I'm not owing them any rental even if I have problems I make sure that I'm paying my rental..so my issue now I'm away and my kids are left with my sister if they are saying they must move out month end, where are they supposed to go since I'm away with work and I also contacted Rental trinal for assistance with this matter...these people that are new now they don't treat us fairly

Food poisoning
The place is beautiful on the 1st of September I hosted a birthday party for my daughter and I invited all her friends from school to celebrate with her,the indulge with all different kind of food, a day after all the kids were sick they didn't go to school I suspect food poison or something I tried reaching the restaurant via email but they was no response

******* immigrants working without working permits
Mbokothwana construction works under GVK construction in burgersdorp correctional centre all of the guys working for Mbokothwana construction doesn't have ID's and work permit the use **** ID's none of the guys have proper documentation and Mbokothwana construction doesn't pay the staff
