Blue Nova is BS company and I do not recommend to anyone. I purchased their batteries that failed from day one and returned them in their original packaging. Despite this, it took over 30 days for BlueNova to “diagnose,” after which I was told the batteries were “in good standing.” If that were true, why did it take more than a month for testing alone? Because the delay left me stuck with an unhappy client, I had to buy a different brand to resolve the issue. My refund requests were met with silence and broken promises. I only received attention after my first review, when Anrė Swart contacted me on WhatsApp promising assistance and a refund. After another month of back-and-forth, I was finally told she was no longer with the company and the matter went nowhere. Victor Smith was quick to finalise the sale but he’s nowhere to be seen despite him knowing about the issue. I’m requesting a full refund. Failing that, I will continue to post factual updates and escalate the matter to the office of ombudsman till my money is paid in full.
Our system was installed and its up and running for 2 years now.
