Pentravel
I have dealt with alot of travel agencies....but Pentravel out shines them all....I had Nadia Bishop deal with my package...what an amazing and professional person.. I have received excellent service from booking to my visas. I am so thankyou to have had an agent like her... Thankyou so much for the excellent service. I'm so very grateful Nadia Bishop. Can't wait to book the next holiday... Keep it up

Disrespectful Consultant
I spoke to a consultant who was soo rude to me he insulted me just because I mis read something.. I have screen shots of the conversation he was so disrespectful.. I wish I could post the screen shot but I will send it to the owner because this is not how u treat a customer.. U just lost a R300000 sale for a holiday of 6 people.. I will not use a company with such disrespect.
