Allstars Bet Sucks
Allstars promises free spins everytime one recharges their account with R25 and more. So once you do, one receives an SMS notification in respect of awarded free spins. When attempting to access or activate the spins, the spins are not loaded yet. You log a query through their Whatsapp chat channel, it takes them more than 15 mins to respond if ever. Today I have been waiting for my 20 free spins on Buffalo King Megaways since 12:15pm and they still have not resolved the issue. They ignore Whatsapp messages and don't respond timely. It is frustrating and annoying... What kind of a gaming site is this???

BLC refusing to pay back my money
I am so livid... On the 03/10/2025 I received a delivery following an order I made online. I ordered a double deal Samsung cellphones but what I received was a single Nubia Music cellphone, which I did not order. Already a debit order mandate was loaded (still is) to my bank account. However, I returned the item after summoning BLC to come collect their phone. They did and I requested for my order to be corrected, so I could receive the correct order I made. They declined, citing that I would have to cancel the entire order and continue to make another (to which I conceded). To my distaste, they still have not contacted with regards to a new order. To make matters worse, their debit order of R480 + R150 pulled funds from my account nonetheless, end of October 2025. I have made several requests and demands for my my refund (including cancellation of debit order mandate), but I am not making any head way. Recently they contacted me, requested my bank statements and also mentioned that I will be penalized for cancellation of the contract.... I want all of my money and not a single cent short...Hellopeter, may you please instruct this BLC nonsensical company to pay back my money???? I am so sick of this BLC nonsense...

Reel Games Rigged
I wish to mention that their reel games are rigged. They even refused to verify my FICA or ID that I uploaded, I think this was to prevent me from withdrawing my winnings, but rather waiting for me to play on so they could take all my winnings. I play these three games often on other betting sites but I have never had this experience that I got playing on Tic Tac Bets. I believe that some of their games are rigged or is it that they made sure that I do not walk away with any dime... I won and received a prize amount of R100 yesterday from OTT, I only played three of my favourate games (Amazing Money Machine, Lucky Lightning and Mega Hot ). I won yesterday and thus increased my balance to R420 at some point on Amazing Money Machine. I changed to Lucky Lightning hoping to make more. To my surprise, I only realise now that the same game I play on other betting sites is rigged here on Tic Tac. I had R300 when I played Lucky Lightning yesterday...I lost my R100... I woke up hoping for a better performance, but first tried paling Mega Hot and it also chowed my R60... Worst of all I then tried Lucky Lightning again, it still cleaned my remaining R200... How can I play same game (Lucky Lightning) from yesterday at R1 a spin and still no difference in its performance??? It is IMPOSSIBLE to play Lucky Lightning and never receive any respin bonus, but only make small wins of R0.10 or R0.20 and finally loose all your money... I am not playing Tic Tac Bets anymore, I know when games are rigged or being ****** and *****ed... I have instructed them to cancel their useless account for I will not be playing on Tic Tac again. I want Hello Peter to publish a review regarding rigged games on Tic Tac Bets, also about or regarding appalling my experience on Tic Tac... Mote Simon Matolo
