A matter that is causing me and my family financial and emotional loss
Affidavit I, the undersigned, Renie du Plessis, residing at, South Africa, hereby declare under oath as follows: 1. Introduction I am writing this affidavit to formally raise a complaint regarding the handling of a case I had opened at [PretoriaNorthpolicestation] in relation to a matter involving my stepson, Despite the serious nature of this issue, the case was closed without any proper investigation. I am deeply dissatisfied with how the situation has been handled thus far. 2. Case Details I opened a case at [Pretoria north police station], reporting financial and emotional abuse/defamation of character/got ahold of content *******ly using it against my fiance to not see his son and sending it around to other people. However, to my disappointment, no thorough investigation was conducted, and the case was subsequently closed without any resolution or explanation provided to me. 3. Attempted Resolution in January 2024 I took further steps to meet with the station commander to discuss the matter and seek an update on the status of the investigation. Unfortunately, despite my efforts, I have not received any satisfactory response or progress on the case although i had a appointment with the station commander but i was the only one that made myself available for the appointment. This has caused me considerable distress as the matter remains unresolved, and I feel that justice is not being served. 4. Escalation of the Situation The situation has escalated to a point where it has now affected my fiancé, Justin Myburgh, and his 9-year-old son, who have been unfairly drawn into this matter despite having no involvement. I want to emphasize that i myself and my fiance never intended for the innocent 9year old boy to be involved, and the situation has spiraled beyond my control, where my fiance isn't seeing his son anymore and we needed to relocate to another province just because of my content which was shared without my consent to it. 5. Request for Intervention I respectfully request that the police station reopens the case and conducts a proper investigation to ensure that the matter is dealt with appropriately. It is vital that justice is served, and the well-being of all parties involved is protected. Furthermore, I request a formal explanation as to why the case was closed prematurely and without investigation. 6. Conclusion I trust that this matter will receive the urgent attention it deserves, and I look forward to your prompt response and action in this regard. Review your attorneys
What a disappointment...... So last year December popular radio station "rsg" spoke about one of your attorneys...... The attorney apparently helped a father to fight for his rights against the mother to see his child.... Me and my fiance is sitting in a ugly court case currently ....in which both of us has been involved....first claimed that we evolve the boy in **** just because I have a OnlyFans account...."where South Africa is blocked out of" so the very confidential content was ******/gotten without my consent to it....in eniway so this attorney was he'll expensive....she didn't wanted to work with our matter at first....then we decided to tell her we will put a deposit of R60 000 upfront just to help is in this matter....she was in court once.....the magistrate was sick so the matter wasn't dealt with.....and just because we *****ed up by signing the "power of attorney" apparently we can't do anything about the matter and we received a invoice of more funds outstandingapparently...but please tell us how could anyone be as unreasonable as this...? Because we didn't even move a little bit forward in this court case......

Empty promises
I'm so disappointed After telling me that when my first premium gets paid they will be able to assist me in a very urgent matter/case where defamation of character & revenge Content was used against me to sue the other parties for all the financial and emotional loss which was caused they've decided their not going to be able to assist me .....such a disappointment.....because I was at the police station.....there was a case opened and closed without any investigation to it....I went to report it to the station commander aswell and yet nothing came to it .....I am not getting anywhere with this matter and this has/is still causing me alot of financial and emotional loss.....
