amature Assessors
I had an assessor assess my vehicle , when i got there the assessor agreed to leave the vehicle at RenewIT Rivonia as the engine light is on and may cause more damages to the vehicle , the vehicle however was not repaired properly and they never even fix the engine issues , they then want to add another claim with my Insurer to repair the engine issues , they then sent a 2nd assessor to my house a week ago and still not even an email or any communication to say the way forward , in all between the Netassess and RenewIT teams they are *********** , dont waste your time with either of this companies

worst repair panel and paint shop in SA
I have sent my car in for repairs on 11th July 2024 , the car was in a worse condition after repairs , it seems as if they have armatures in their workshop ,its just costing me more money as the days go buy , the car is now not roadworthy , the vehicle went in there because they claim to be Mercedes Benz approved panel repair shop , trust me they are not , a 1 star rating is still to good , it passed their quality assessment and the lights , bonnet , grill , bumper and fenders were all not aligned , engine light is still on and vibrations on the vehicle when you stop , they want to now put in a 2nd claim to fix the engine issues , also after their 2nd attempt my drivers door does not open from the inside , the drivers headlight is not working and much more issues and still the panels and lights are not aligned , also if you see the poor workmanship on the headlight they tried to repair ,my gosh i have no words , i advise you to please speak to people and get 2nd opinions about this repair shop , everyone i spoke to after my experience had issues with RenewIT
