Received a final Inv to pay before 30 Sept 2024 - paid it the 18 Sept 2024 - Called 1 Oct 2024 for paid up letter they said NOOO I must pay R6.98 for late PAYMNET?????? I paid R6.98 and send all the POP even No late payment was made - Today 30 Oct 2024 no paid-up letter NO assistance- have called for 2 weeks and send email after email NO RESPONCE NO HELP - Never ever again TELKOM THE REAL FACT JUST DONT GIVE A **** NVER EVER GAIN TELKOM - will see me in your mall shop tomorrow and I will not leave till I have everything bring your bed stuff workers we going to have a 24/7 hour wait and every customer that walks in the shop I will give them the papers and proof with voice calls how **** Telkom is.....
I have called them after they Incorrectly debited my account after 4 months, I cancelled them as I reached a point of NO return, and they gave me over. I then paid the full outstanding amount even if I did not get the data I was charged with and rent just to move on. I was promised a paid-up letter and been waiting FOR EVER. I call the 081180 number it does not work. I called the 10210 number they transfer me, and it request a Unique code I have entered ID last ID 4 numbers account number BUT nothing then i call and ask NICE for assistance and NOTHING. I guess they will say so what cause its government way of doing work. SO, F>>>>>>>>>>>>>> ****t off.
