Disgraceful behaviuor and service
Still no interaction after nearly 4 months from submission. I had to pay people for rendering their services again. No follow up of their clients accounts . Due to not changing my banking details i have to wait and extra 21 days. What a waste of time and money

What a hogwash company. I paid thousands for their services whom i got recommended to. Send my application end of June and Jo forgot to forward it to Zanmari. The application got sent two weeks later but thats not the worse of it. Ross kept sending notifications of the account that needed to be paid for services done incorrectly and poorly. Its now October 2024 and still no payout because they never changed my banking details and never removed the old one. Then Zanmari **** about forwarding all the documentation which caused more delays. Now SARS is constantly sending notifications about my account is hold due to incorrect banking details. Today i had to use another tax company who was very helpful and to my surprise told me theres a bank stoppage on the account, what the hell. Even worse Ross is now demanding payment for provisional taxes for 2025 and i have not received my 2024 yet lol. A few months ago i over paid my account and requested the excess amount be transferred back into my account. The reply i got from Ross was that i needed to send a pdf document stating that it came from my account in order for him to do the transfer. ***. If i could rate them nothing or minus zero i would gladly do it. They are the worse tax company. I had to use another company and paid extra for services Capitax should have provided. To think we pay for services and their salaries to be treated like this is absolutely disgusting. Almost 4 months down the line and still no assistance to get my tax payout
