The quality of the work done was far below acceptable standards
The quality of the work done was far below acceptable standards. They didn't even arrange a pickup or drop off to and from their workshop Upon collecting the vehicle, it was immediately apparent that the rear boot bumper, which had been worked on, is of a noticeably different shade than the rest of the car's body. This difference is glaring and can be seen without much effort. When I brought this to the attention of the workshop manager, Dawie, he attempted to convince me of poor workmanship. He further threatened me by raising his voice and pointing a finger at me that he is not stupid Additionally, there is white paint overspray visible on other black panels of the car.The car was not properly washed, despite having been in the repairer’s possession for over a week.

I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere gratitude for the exceptional work your team did in repairing my vehicle. After the car was returned from Newco not being perfectly done, I was particularly impressed with how Eljoney went above and beyond to ensure everything was addressed to the highest standard. The level of professionalism shown throughout the entire process was truly commendable. From the consistent updates at every stage of the repair, to the thorough cleaning of the vehicle—especially removing the paint residue I previously complained about—your attention to detail did not go unnoticed. The inside of the car now looks immaculate, something Newco failed to deliver. A special thanks to you, Jj, for personally arranging my drop-off and pick-up.
