Incompetence
If you love your vehicle, do not not take it here. It is not VW approved for a reason. They messed up the suspension, the car is vibrating and has sounds while driving, the car undercover was broken when I collected the car and more. In some invisible parts of the car they used incorrect paint. They don't know what they are doing, aren't passionate about their work and client's cars; the Stieve dude used what looked like nail polish to cover chips on my bonnet, insisting it will match the car when it dries. Mxm. ***********.

I really would like to give a compliment where it is due. This is for Stephen that was the one running around doing something about everything. He really went out of his way to have my car quickly repaired, took my call every single time and had baskets full of patience with me. Certainly recommendable as an employee and a service deliverer.

Very bad service!!!
I think certain backyard mechanics will deliver better service than these ridiculous people that work there. They are flippen clowns. They can’t fix the problem and when other stuff break in the car because of their doings they don’t take ownership!! Please do not support them.

my experience with newco autospray is the worst ever.first of they said it would be 5 days of work done and now it is 3 weeks already.the manager does not phone you about feedback and you have to phone yourself.they say they are waiting for spares from renault but newco says that renault didnt deliver yet.they cant pick up the part from them themselves.there is always a delaying technique and i dont believe a word that they say.i had a small bump on my boot but it takes 3 weeks to fix the bump and it still isnt finished.the manager doesnt imform you and when you try to phone him he doesnt answer.no management at all

The quality of the work done was far below acceptable standards. They didn't even arrange a pickup or drop off to and from their workshop Upon collecting the vehicle, it was immediately apparent that the rear boot bumper, which had been worked on, is of a noticeably different shade than the rest of the car's body. This difference is glaring and can be seen without much effort. When I brought this to the attention of the workshop manager, Dawie, he attempted to convince me of poor workmanship. He further threatened me by raising his voice and pointing a finger at me that he is not stupid Additionally, there is white paint overspray visible on other black panels of the car.The car was not properly washed, despite having been in the repairer’s possession for over a week.
