newco autobody
my experience with newco autospray is the worst ever.first of they said it would be 5 days of work done and now it is 3 weeks already.the manager does not phone you about feedback and you have to phone yourself.they say they are waiting for spares from renault but newco says that renault didnt deliver yet.they cant pick up the part from them themselves.there is always a delaying technique and i dont believe a word that they say.i had a small bump on my boot but it takes 3 weeks to fix the bump and it still isnt finished.the manager doesnt imform you and when you try to phone him he doesnt answer.no management at all

a promise they make is a promise they brake
i had arranged for car hire and they said they will drop the car of at my place of work because i walk to work because my car is at autobodyshop.first they said that my car will be at my work at 4 o clock and then at 16:00 they said they dont drive into industrial area.then i suggested parktown and they said they wil meet me there.16:45 the drivers whent home without giving me a rental car.then they phoned and said that they will organised a driver and i will get a driver at 18:00.18:30 they told me that they first have to go and get the car at office and then they will meet me after 19:00.still waiting more than half a day for no service

worst insurance ever
hi.i had car insurance from momentum.a guy hit me in the back of my car and then i took the car to assesor in pta west.after that they called and said that i have to take it to the autobody shop.i couldnt get a rental car because i have to pay r1400 deposit which wasnt mentioned then after 2 weeks of waiting for my car i am told that the assesor said they must put a secondhand bootlid on my car that didnt fit and after fighting they ordered a new bootlid like it should.who does the assesor think he is to tell the autobody shop that the car needs second hand parts?i work for my money to pay the insurance each month.it is going for week nr 3 and i still dont have my car.worst insurance ever.i couldnt take my children to school.i cant get any answers or feedback from insurance
