The most pretentious, dishonest, untruthful and extremely ********* Ford Service Centre on the entire universe! This pathetic service centre is just full of lies and even the so called management or managers are equally big ****s with not even an iota of customer service at all….no accountability at all. They promise to keep you updated but no communication, no diagnostic report unless you fight them. Then they will want to make you pay for the “worst case scenario” without any proper diagnostics. Indeed, the fish rots from the head! Sickening, unprofessional!😏🤢🤮. Better take your car to another town.
