Unhappy

I purchased a package on the 15th of August. Due to personal reasons I was no longer able to attend therefore asking for a refund. They asked for a few documents and I sent them. A few days later still no refund and I asked for an update and they asked for more proof of payment and I sent it. It has been over a whole month and still nothing. When I send them a message on WhatsApp they only blue tick my messages and they don’t respond.
