I BOOKED MY SON TO DRIVIO HATFILED IN DECEMBER AND I WAS SUPPOSE TO GET MY LICENSE BEFOR JANUARY BECAUSE OF WORK COMMITMENT BUT THY WERE FULLY BOOKED SO I COULDNT DO ALL THE LESSON AND I LODGE FOR REFUND ON THE 29 DECEMBER 2025 ,BUT STILL TODAY I AM WAITING FOR MY REFUND I MEAN?THE LADY IN HATFIELD SAID IT TAKE A MONTH TO GET MY REFUND?

I had such a terrible experience with Driveo Driving Schook at Wits main campus. They have horrible manners and do not communicate anything. I had to follow up with them for every single thing and they also did not have any sense of urgency also. I paid for ten lessons, truck hire and the DLTC assisted booking in advance. When I had to look for a date they kept on saying they don’t know as the DLTC is not giving out any dates, I had to take time out of my schedule for a service I paid for to look for space with the DLTC myself which I found. On the day of the test we were turned away from the FLTC due to the G20 and the driving school was allegedly unaware of this and when I asked for my refund as I was tired of arguing with them over the smallest things. They made me wait for more than 30 days and even till date I have not received my refund.

Thanks to Drivio wits I've graduated from being a passenger princess.. 😊😊 Sbu did a very wonderful job from the simulator to the last lesson, he even sacrificed with his own time just to make sure I was ready for the test🙏will forever be grateful of him... Drivio is one off best driving school. the professionalism the team at wits has top👌🤞 THANK YOU SOO SOO MUCH DRIVIO THE EXPERIENCE WAS GREAT.. 🙏🙏🙏

Thanks to Drivio wits I've graduated from being a passenger princess.. 😊😊 Sbu did a very wonderful job from the simulator to the last lesson, he even sacrificed with his own time just to make sure I was ready for the test🙏will forever be grateful of him... The experience I had with Drivio was top notch. ❤️ amazing, organised and very professional. I am Grateful for lady Dee, Njabulo, Sphamandla and Joseph. However this review it’s personal and goes to a very special instructor Njabulo, who had been my ride or die road instructor🫣 , in all 8 sessions I had. His been a patient and amazing instructor at all times. I have learnt so much from him, even went an extra mile and did a road test on an highway, as he made sure , I get fully equipped and ready for anything. I can proudly confess that I passed my drivers exam on first attempt. The credit doesn’t only goes to him, but the people whom I have worked with, all amazing. From the admin staff, Lady Dee ❤️ to the instructors, it was a pleasure working with you guys ☺️ yall are a bunch of amazing educators. I will surely recommend Drivio Hatfield.

This review is actually for their branch in WITS . I paid for a silver package but couldn't complete all the lessons. I communicated that and asked for a refund for lessons I was not going to be able to complete. Please note when you get started with booking for lessons there's a form/contract you sign that stipulates that you can request for a refund. But did I get my refund? ...yes but not even close the correct amount... Firstly I was told it takes between 2-30 days to receive, and when that time expired I reached out to the finance team who failed to give me the correct amount of my refund due to me twice. Twice they've underpaid me my refund.

I purchased a full driving package voucher in 2022. There were no terms and conditions, My daughter used the 12 lessons but had a bad experience and the instructor was inappropriate. This was reported. Seems like instructors are not properly vetted. She chose an instructor that she was comfortable with and he was not available during the week. I then enrolled her with a different driving school as I felt she was not progressing with Drivio. After 7 lessons with the new instructor she is test ready. I wrote to the owner of Drivio, explaining our situation and requested that they either provide a refund for cost relating to booking the car for the test and driving my daughter to the test or that they honor the voucher and provide the service. The owner became nasty and after agreeing to a refund as he declined the request to provided the car (as per the voucher), he then refused to assist and blocked me on WhatsApp. He then created rules that never existed or were never in writing, such as all vouchers are valid for 12 weeks, if this was the case I wouldn't have bought it. They also incorrectly captured 2 lessons that they claim were "no shows" yet these were canceled by the instructor (evidence provided) and they wanted to bill me for this. One has to keep a record of all transactions with them and ensure that you get them to upfront provide all their Ts & Cs. I have lost what was paid for. Hope that others do not experience the same.

Such professional service, their staff is very friendly and they go the extra mile to ensure you are comfortable and assisted. Clean up to standard vehicles. A bigger thumbs up to Njabulo who has been of such great service to me.
