It’s been 10 days without wifi and been logging calls and escalating since. It seems the company has no interest of assisting. Everyday is “the ticket was closed we opening a new ticket” I have never seen such horrible service. I need answers ASAP

Such professional service, their staff is very friendly and they go the extra mile to ensure you are comfortable and assisted. Clean up to standard vehicles. A bigger thumbs up to Njabulo who has been of such great service to me.
I am highly disgusted by the the rudeness I received as a customer at Pep clothing in Durban Phoenix Plaza. I am not from the area and it was my first time in Phoenix Plaza. I had just step at their doors carrying other shopping bags when an employee by the name of Nomusa rudely asked me 'how the hell I entered with shipping bags in hand' I calmly asked her to refrase her statement and as a customer who did not know there is a parcel counter it's common courtesy to kindly show me the counter and ask me to leave my bags there. She proceeded with being rude and caused a scene at the store debating with me on the floor. I asked for her manager and she gladly advised me she does not care and will call her manager. I waited over 20 minutes for her manager and when I asked why the manager is taking so long the managers respond to me from across the store was 'she will not leave money at the till to attend' at this point I am sure you can imagine my frustration. Manager finally attended to me and simply apologized and I left the store. I have never been treated so badly at any store, such poor customer service and common manners is not acceptable and needs urgent attention. I await your advice.
A late payment on an up to date home loan account that was on credit. Immediately Nedbank sends summons, I'm seriously starting to feel someone at Nedbank wants to repossess this home and buy it for themselves. I need a clear explination and quick.
<p>Last month I had issues and it was sorted. This month Nedbank homeloan double debited me just when I was ready to do grocceries for a function I am having tomorrow. My world has just fallen apart. 9am I start work cant make grocceries on black friday sale anymore due to this. Nedbank is no longer trustworthy and is just a constant inconvenience in my life now.</p> <p>Fix this please.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
<p>We were behind on payment and we requested outstanding amount and it had R3500 legal fees which we paid,thinking we up to date another R7500 was sent for their attorneys which took account back to arrears. In July we requested full amount owing to get account up to date and we were told R21000 which we paid and got a letter to say account is up to date and in ceedit by R15. Aug Sep Oct we had normal instalment of R6500 but now we get a letter from Attorneys saying we behind by R11500. We requested feedback with the lady from homeloans she was to get back to us and its been a week NO RESPONSE. Are your Attonerys taking us for a ride or your homeloans department have no clue whats going on.</p>
