I'm writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the management of Karino flats by Alleyroads Properties. The lack of communication is appalling. Recently, they changed electricity meters without notice, leading to us loosing units without compensation and now the power has been cut off due to a debt owed without adequate warning to tenants. It's unacceptable that tenants had to find out about the power outage in such a manner, especially when it's clear that Alley road Properties were aware of the situation. The maintenance response time is also slow, and it feels like we're not a priority. I urge Alley road to improve their communication and service delivery. Tenants deserve better.
The experience I had with Drivio was top notch. ❤️ amazing, organised and very professional. I am Grateful for lady Dee, Njabulo, Sphamandla and Joseph. However this review it’s personal and goes to a very special instructor Njabulo, who had been my ride or die road instructor🫣 , in all 8 sessions I had. His been a patient and amazing instructor at all times. I have learnt so much from him, even went an extra mile and did a road test on an highway, as he made sure , I get fully equipped and ready for anything. I can proudly confess that I passed my drivers exam on first attempt. The credit doesn’t only goes to him, but the people whom I have worked with, all amazing. From the admin staff, Lady Dee ❤️ to the instructors, it was a pleasure working with you guys ☺️ yall are a bunch of amazing educators. I will surely recommend Drivio Hatfield.
From the 31st of December they sent an sms saying package out on delivery, from an order I made In October and due to stock issues the order delayed. I had put work address since it was long before the company closed for festives. On the 2nd of December, I called the call centre to deliver to my residential rather since I’ll only return to work on the 8th of Jan , mindue to get the phone picked up took 45 minutes (ridiculous) then the agent lies and advise that address updated. Monday they go to my work place and update company closed TF!!!! I told them I’m home… then they say Wednesday and nothing still . Called the call centre (1hr) answer time and they promised today … and 7 days later package still not delivered. Don’t ever use this courier company and I wonder why @Telkom uses them for our vulnerable appliances.. They are so unprofessional , they are ****s and the emotional stress they are causing is ridiculous…
