This review is actually for their branch in WITS . I paid for a silver package but couldn't complete all the lessons. I communicated that and asked for a refund for lessons I was not going to be able to complete. Please note when you get started with booking for lessons there's a form/contract you sign that stipulates that you can request for a refund. But did I get my refund? ...yes but not even close the correct amount... Firstly I was told it takes between 2-30 days to receive, and when that time expired I reached out to the finance team who failed to give me the correct amount of my refund due to me twice. Twice they've underpaid me my refund.
