I BOOKED MY SON TO DRIVIO HATFILED IN DECEMBER AND I WAS SUPPOSE TO GET MY LICENSE BEFOR JANUARY BECAUSE OF WORK COMMITMENT BUT THY WERE FULLY BOOKED SO I COULDNT DO ALL THE LESSON AND I LODGE FOR REFUND ON THE 29 DECEMBER 2025 ,BUT STILL TODAY I AM WAITING FOR MY REFUND I MEAN?THE LADY IN HATFIELD SAID IT TAKE A MONTH TO GET MY REFUND?
I went to game Menlyn the lady at the phone counter was very rude. They had a special on iPhone 13 and I was asking questions about that and I ended up leaving because of her rudeness. i went to buy my iPhone at istore even though it was R1000 more, but because the lady was friendly and manage to explain the details I needed to know i bought my phone there. please game you need to train your staff at phone counter the is no customer service.

I have been paying rain R569 until today they cut off my subscription saying i owe promise to pay which is double of what i am paying . I means this is a ******* to customer where did i sign this in my contract if this is not sorted they must cancel my subscription .the are many companies that offer better deals than them.
