My daughter has paid off her account last month, and Wonga keeps on phoning her from the collections department, after numerous calls they confirmed with her that her payments were not allocated to the correct account. That was 2 days ago, and now they are still phoning her. Does Wonga not have a proper financial systems or is it just poor service.
You have a company "Sh3in" that promises work from home, just to find out that the company is *****ulent, I have just lost R16000 because of trusting indeed to at least verify if their companies that advertise is legit.
Me and my husband was victims of *****, we have all the information, account numbers and we cannot even get our money back. Nedbank on the other hand offered got our money back the previous time that we were ****med. when we phoned i spoke to a lady and she even told me that i am part of the **** and that she will escalate it, when my husband phoned he got a totally different story. Can Capitec not freeze these accounts as should be and repay our money.
