Poor Customer Service

Warning: Avoid purchasing from Premium Paws SA hosted on Amazon. Their website appeared to be a Cat sales or Animal. However, I have purchased a morden kitchen sink from Amazon and they were sellers. Their customer service is extremely poor, with staff being rude and dismissive. During the installation process, my sink's waste drainage system pipes were damaged. When I approached them about replacing the damaged parts, they refused to sell individual components. Instead, they insisted that I purchase the entire unit, which is unnecessary and expensive. It's unreasonable for a supplier not to offer spare parts for their products. This makes it impossible for customers to repair or replace worn-out components, forcing them to buy an entirely new unit. I strongly advise against buying from Premium Paws SA.
