Poor Service
I app**** for a loan on Thursday last week, debit check was done but it's 3 working days and I didn't get the money. All they are saying the Hr is not there and the Hr has been at work the whole week even today. What can you do in that situation. I don't even get the response when I'm phoning the head office the phone is on voice. I've been going to the office since the 13 /10/24 for the same loan . I app**** in Cape town branch

Your services is poor. I submitted my claim on the 6th of September but up until now I didn't get my money. I went as far as to go to Sars since it's on tax application for 12 days now and they told me the claim didn't even reach them . When you are calling Alex forbes offices Noone is picking up the calls. The colleagues who even submitted their claim after me already got their money. I'm so annoyed with their system they really don't care

I wanted a loan of 5000 and it was approved. After that I was told to pay 500 for attorney fees . When they were done with that I had to pay 750 for them to prepare for the loan. I paid that. When I was done I was told to pay another 750 because their bank is in overseas sothat they can transfer the money. You are ****mers and I will put this o. Social media
