Don't expect to get what you pay for.

I bought a CNC machine from Jaun at Rhino Machine Manufacturing, ordered a 3kw upgraded spindle and an ER20 collet set with the machine. he was very helpful in the first week or two. when I realized the upgraded parts was not what i paid for (i got a 1.5Kw spindle and has a ER11 collet) he said he will courier me the ER20 spindle shaft as well as bits . the day after he started ignoring my calls its been a 6 weeks, tried calling him every work day since then, He did how ever answer a call from a different number till he realize it was me and just hanged up. i am still waiting for any feedback from him? really bad service. Don't expect to get what you pay for.
