Rhino manufacturing absolutely useless
Bought a machine for 80k the machine is bent and twisted I have had to repair the machine 5 times in 3 days The software it comes with is absolutely horrible the callobration is off by over 200mm The after sales service is terrible I bought the machine for 80k and spent over 10k to get it working properly with absolutely no help from Rhino no response no nothing always am excuse wires were ****** my laptop is dead bull stories like that I took delivery of my machine paid cash and 4 days later I finally got it to work thanks to another CNC manufacturer who basically rebuilt the machine

Rhino manufacturing absolutely useless

The best gasket manufacturer in my opinion.
If you ever need any gaskets, including cork, this is the place to go to. They are very helpful, friendly and accommodating. Service is extremely efficient and turn around time was astonishing.

The best gasket manufacturer in my opinion.

Terrible quality and service
Very bad experience, I should never have paid the balance of the invoice after the machine was delivered, I was excited to receive my machine that i ordered, but as soon as I paid, all their promises to recitfy outstanding issues went our the window, you know when someone hides their message delivery status on whatsapp that they are shady characters. - ***** rods (promised 20mm , got 16mm) - Wires hanging with no cable management, promised to deliver it-Fail - Limit switches and board -Fail - Router mount - Wrong - Controller boards go off work intermittently - Hot glued mess holding electronics in place- failed to hold after day 1 - Z axis shaft rod *****s x 8 fell off during operation on day 1 These okes are chancers, avoiding my calls, not replying to messages, or threats of me posting my experience publicly, so here is it. Dissatisfied to say the least.

Dont expect this machine to last and do not expect customer support!
Purchased a CNC machine from Juan. Before we went through for any viewing I had explained to him that it is very important for us to have the support. (Spare parts if needed, telephone support). CNC was installed in November and the nightmare started right away. First use of the machine and the bearings gave in. Spoke to Juan who gladly assisted onsite and offsite (He assisted with cut out letters using his own machine for a job we needed the very same day). The machine did not do well moving through the bed with ease. After repair we did get support to be honest but that was short lived. Second use of the machine and it followed the same route. Cannot cut items throughout the entire bed and bearings gave in. Had two calls with Juan then no calls or reply's to text messages afterwards. We pleaded with Juan for support, even requested we take the machine to him for guidance but GHOSTED. Visited his "showroom" but it seems everyone is trained to ignore who arrives. We now have a CNC that's of no use. The business ethics from Rhino Machine Manufacturing is extremely poor. Should anyone wish to purchase a machine there is an extremely high possibility you will have issues.

Don't expect customer service or communication if he supplies you with incorrect parts
I bought a complete CNC machine from RHINO MACHINE MANUFACTURING Paid extra for an upgraded (3KWACUG - 3KW Air Cooled VFD Spindle Upgrade Kit - Includes ER20 Collet) standard with the machine was a 1.5KW spindle ER11 Collet. I explained that this machine would flatten wood slabs mainly, he then recommended to upgrade the Spindle to a 3KW ER20 collet for an additional R8,959.95 which could accommodate larger bits. I collected the CNC machine from Juan, he showed me all the ins and outs were really impressed as this is new for me and would help me in my woodworking projects. Had no experience with CNC machines at the time. After I worked on two small projects with the help and support, I got from Juan for a week with his supp**** small bits. Two weeks after I wanted a larger bit to work faster on surfacing only, and then bought a bit (12mm shaft) that uses as ER20 collet size from a different supplier for wood flattening/Surfacing. This is when I realized, he supp**** me with a (1.5KW Spindle - ER11 Collet) and not the (3KW Spindle - ER20 Collet) upgrade which I paid for. When I told him this and sent him the dimension of the ER11 Collet which was supp**** he said he will courier me the correct parts. This was the last time a spoke to him and the day after he started ignoring all my phone calls and WhatsApp’s. He does however pick up calls from a different number but when he hears my voice, he put down the call immediately. He has no ambition to resolve this issue or to communicate with me. Really bad service and not honest in this regard. This is my second post on Hello Peter as Jaun removed my review, I had 48 hours from 14 October 2024 to respond to Hello Peter and send my proof of the compliant i Only show this email from them on the 1st November 2024. However, I won’t miss this again if he tries to remove it again. There is no office or second person to call than Juan, if he ghosts you, you are on your own with no support with his machines. Juan could you please just resolve this or contact me in anyway?

Don't expect to get what you pay for.
I bought a CNC machine from Jaun at Rhino Machine Manufacturing, ordered a 3kw upgraded spindle and an ER20 collet set with the machine. he was very helpful in the first week or two. when I realized the upgraded parts was not what i paid for (i got a 1.5Kw spindle and has a ER11 collet) he said he will courier me the ER20 spindle shaft as well as bits . the day after he started ignoring my calls its been a 6 weeks, tried calling him every work day since then, He did how ever answer a call from a different number till he realize it was me and just hanged up. i am still waiting for any feedback from him? really bad service. Don't expect to get what you pay for.

Un-Reliable, Dodger and Story Teller
Un-Reliable, Dodger and Story Teller. Bought cnc Machine from him and Experience Problems from Day One. Calls to him Remains Un-Answered for Weeks or Months. Eventually got a Response after the Machine was Taken to 3D Print Store for Repairs, then he Stop Responding. I Got some Reaction when contacting him as a "NEW BUYER" on Marketplace Messenger, but when Called, No Response. Below Standard Manufacturing and Even Worse Service.

Lair and Day by Night Operation. Bad Product Construction that Does NOT Performs as Claimed. NON EXISTING SERVICE OR REPLIES. By All Means if You Want ***** Use Them. You will Have to Rebuild it Yourself if You want to Accomplish Anything. Ordered a CNC Machine, Delivered in 4 Weeks, Broke First Motor Shaft within 2 Hours of Operation. Many Calls, Wats-Ups, E-Mails Left Un-Answered. After 3 More Broken Motor Shafts, the and 4-5 Months of Tracing. Even Visits to his Residents, the Machine was "Repaired" by Juan, and Resulted in Broken Bearings and More Broken Motor Shafts. Promise Upon Promise and then he Disappears Again.
