Very bad experience, I should never have paid the balance of the invoice after the machine was delivered, I was excited to receive my machine that i ordered, but as soon as I paid, all their promises to recitfy outstanding issues went our the window, you know when someone hides their message delivery status on whatsapp that they are shady characters. - ***** rods (promised 20mm , got 16mm) - Wires hanging with no cable management, promised to deliver it-Fail - Limit switches and board -Fail - Router mount - Wrong - Controller boards go off work intermittently - Hot glued mess holding electronics in place- failed to hold after day 1 - Z axis shaft rod *****s x 8 fell off during operation on day 1 These okes are chancers, avoiding my calls, not replying to messages, or threats of me posting my experience publicly, so here is it. Dissatisfied to say the least.
I have requested my insurance coverage breakdown from Standardbank via stansureclient <stansureclient@standardbank.co.za> SIX TIMES without them responding . It is intentional at this stage, ignoring me is only going to leave you with 1 less client, this is unfortunately expected from Sub-standard Bank LTD.
Samsung, after 31 days of trying to ignore me, 5 separate no reverts from call center, and a clear loophole in customer handling and bizarre short coming in technical design, has finally said they will not assist in repairing a known issue with their R35000, Z-Flip cellphone screen which delaminates at the fold. This, although multiple staff members in their retail store The Digital Experience are aware of this "known defect" they continue to shift blame and take the risk of reputation damage over acknowledgement of known flaws... hmmm... This has secured the fact that no Samsung products will ever enter my house or pocket again.
We reported our Shopfront window cracked, got quote, paid and since then nothing, i went to branch were i was promised feedback by the end of the day, nothing, countless calls, emails and attempts to find out remain fruitless. Call center and branch phones get dropped on my constantly, not the first struggle with them. In future i WILL go elsewhere....But still, they have my Money, and glass. Hope there is someone out there that cares, cos i cant find them. Ridiculously lousy service by multiple staff members.
