Don't expect customer service or communication if he supplies you with incorrect parts

I bought a complete CNC machine from RHINO MACHINE MANUFACTURING Paid extra for an upgraded (3KWACUG - 3KW Air Cooled VFD Spindle Upgrade Kit - Includes ER20 Collet) standard with the machine was a 1.5KW spindle ER11 Collet. I explained that this machine would flatten wood slabs mainly, he then recommended to upgrade the Spindle to a 3KW ER20 collet for an additional R8,959.95 which could accommodate larger bits. I collected the CNC machine from Juan, he showed me all the ins and outs were really impressed as this is new for me and would help me in my woodworking projects. Had no experience with CNC machines at the time. After I worked on two small projects with the help and support, I got from Juan for a week with his supp**** small bits. Two weeks after I wanted a larger bit to work faster on surfacing only, and then bought a bit (12mm shaft) that uses as ER20 collet size from a different supplier for wood flattening/Surfacing. This is when I realized, he supp**** me with a (1.5KW Spindle - ER11 Collet) and not the (3KW Spindle - ER20 Collet) upgrade which I paid for. When I told him this and sent him the dimension of the ER11 Collet which was supp**** he said he will courier me the correct parts. This was the last time a spoke to him and the day after he started ignoring all my phone calls and WhatsApp’s. He does however pick up calls from a different number but when he hears my voice, he put down the call immediately. He has no ambition to resolve this issue or to communicate with me. Really bad service and not honest in this regard. This is my second post on Hello Peter as Jaun removed my review, I had 48 hours from 14 October 2024 to respond to Hello Peter and send my proof of the compliant i Only show this email from them on the 1st November 2024. However, I won’t miss this again if he tries to remove it again. There is no office or second person to call than Juan, if he ghosts you, you are on your own with no support with his machines. Juan could you please just resolve this or contact me in anyway?
