Dr.Leonore and admin staff Hilda I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction with the way I was treated by your facility. I had a scheduled procedure for 20 August 2025, which was canceled just one day before — not due to any fault of my own, but rather due to poor administration on your side. Throughout the lead-up to my operation, I experienced a complete lack of communication: calls were not answered, emails went ignored, and no assistance was provided when I tried to clarify important matters. To make matters worse, I was treated with a lack of empathy and respect. Instead of taking accountability, your staff and yourself unfairly placed blame on me and my medical aid provider, despite the fact that I did everything required from my side. The emotional and logistical toll of this experience has been significant. I was left feeling like a number rather than a person — certainly not how any patient should be treated. I am requesting the following: A full explanation as to why my procedure was canceled at the last minute. An internal review of the communication failures and poor handling of my case. A formal apology from your team. Based on this experience, I cannot in good conscience recommend your services to others. I bought two beginner/intermediate bouncers on their special! Marked down from over R5000 to under R3000! Thought its an incredible deal. So disappointing! Flimsy and feels unsteady. The stability bar is extremely loose, feels very unsafe. Lisa Raleigh, your product is inferior!
