I registered online with www.lisaraleigh.com to purchase a rebounder. The registration online was done on the 11th Nov at 07:06am , I then received a welcome email to confirm the account on the 11th Nov at 07:07am. I processed my order and made payment for R6798-00 on the same day. Four hours later at 11:08am I received an email with the discount code of 15% which is valid for 48hrs. I immediately sent an email to marketing@lisaraleigh.com with no response. I contacted the store on the 12th Nov at 08:30am and spoke to Vanessa who said she would send my query to accounts. Emails back and forth with proof of the time stamp for each email and they will not refund me due to there system error , they will also not cancel the order so that I can re-order using the discount code and they will also not refund me 15% of my purchase. What they do offer is a 10% discount on my next order which does not match the discount code received for 15% Lisa Raleigh I am shocked with the response received. This is not acceptable customer service. Rebounders are not cheap. Please refund me the 15% as per below 5% Off with code Checkout5 (Spend R2500 and below) 10% off with code Checkout10 (Spend between R2500 - R5000) 15% off with code Checkout15 (Spend Above R5000)

This company sent me 3 used bras as it was riffled already. You can clearly see it was used and worn as it was stretched out. I asked them for a refund, and they had the audicity to tell me i need to wait until they receive before they can process a refund.

I ordered a rebounder on January 2nd 2025. After hearing that they made a mistake on the advertising, I asked for a refund... Several times. Needless to say I am STILL waiting. It is now 15 January 2025. Sorry, cannot recommend unfortunately.

Truly exceptional support and service from Lisa Raleigh and her amazing team !!!! I've been shopping with them for years now, and I am continuously amazed at how amazing they are !! their Rebounder is exceptional quality and I recently had to have a mat replaced and their after-sale service was incredible. I'm a very happy rebounder and will go nowhere else for my rebounding equipment. Thank you team ! Also doing Staf's 30 Day Challenge and it's been life changing to say the least ! Love this group !!!

I've been shopping with them for years now, and I am continuously amazed at how amazing they are !! their Rebounder is exceptional quality and I recently had to have a mat replaced and their after-sale service was incredible. I'm a very happy rebounder and will go nowhere else for my rebounding equipment. Thank you team ! Also doing Staf's 30 Day Challenge and it's been life changing to say the least ! Love this group !!!

I bought two beginner/intermediate bouncers on their special! Marked down from over R5000 to under R3000! Thought its an incredible deal. So disappointing! Flimsy and feels unsteady. The stability bar is extremely loose, feels very unsafe. Lisa Raleigh, your product is inferior!

My experience with this brand and the people were outstanding. Lisa herself is a warm friendly and awesome person and great rebounding instructor. All of the instuctors at the bounti studio are the best in their fields and are all amazing human beings. The products are of high quality and the rebounders amazing.. The staff members are very friendly and very helpful. Especially Cara that goes above and beyond in her duties. The Nicolway store and the bounti studio are beautiful and the team working at both are super friendly and helpful. They give the most fun an exiting rebounding marathons from Time to time and is definitely a must try.... rebounding is the best form of exercise and its super fun and has got so much health benefits. Rebounding has definitely change my life for the better.

I purchases 2 expensive identical gym tops from Lisa Raleigh - sadly after wearing one (and washing it) I realised it had been incorrectly sized (I did not spot this at 6am before my gym class) the store policy is not to accept used returns (even though they acknowledge that the product was faulty). My encounter with the store and management left me feeling like a dim witted ******** who could not understand their policy and was trying to pull a fast one on them. No possibility of an exchange - astounding that a business would risk its reputation on 1 faulty shirt. Fortunately consumers have choices. Appalling customer service and clearly poor quality control
