Not Happy

I have never received such bad service, a woman named Chantal helped me. Very friendly. But I made it clear to her if I am going to do this it's on my own time. She harassed me for days, mornings, evenings, messages. Firstly she gave me one down payment figure, then when I got the quote it was much higher. Then she tells some BS story... So I submitted my documents eventually, now there is still one missing, thinking she can't go ahead without that doc. Keeps on harassing me. Now I have been told at 4 this afternoon that my accounts are going to freeze. I haven't had time to inform clients of my new account. Now I am basically *****ed. I am not happy
