Lizzy, a cashier at Astron De Deur is the worst brand ambassador for the growing brand like Astron . The sooner something is done about her stinking attitude the better. I frequent the service station to support Astron but today I was treated so bad by Lizzy. I queued at the store as I was buying few items. When it was my turn to buy I ask that I purchase powerball tickets. She rudely said I must go outside to queue again for lotto ticket. I thought she was joking but she arrogantly insisted that she has her managers attention to treat us like that. I asked to speak to the manager. She refused to go ask for the manager and rudely said I must come on Monday. That's the kind of treatment that Lizzy is subjecting us to. She does as she pleases knowing that there is no immediate manager to hold her accountable. I refused to queue twice and couldn't play lotto because of Lizzy. Is Lizzy the owner of Astrony and does she have a green light to make unreasonable demands to your valued customers!
I dont normally do this but this time I feel compelled to do so. Bonitas has treated me with disdain. I'm paying my contributions through Employer. There was delay with adding my child on the scheme as a dependant because I had to sign underwriting documents though I added my child within 5 days after birth. I pay my contributions once a month via Employer so I couldnt pay August because of late submission. The arrear amount of R1032 for child dependant was to be paid on my next salary. Without any notice whatsoever, Bonitas suspended my membership without even trying to contact me to check what caused the problem and allow me the opportunity to pay if need be. They just suspended my membership without exhausting other avenues for a mere R1032 when my monthly contribution was paid through employer. Suspending my benefits without even contacting me as I was not even aware that there was an arrear amount should be condemned with the strongest possible terms. It was not my fault that the contribution was not received nor was it fault of the Employer as they only pay once at the end of each month, a phone call as a warning should have sufficed instead of straight suspension which has huge repercussion's as far as insured lives are concerns, which include my kids. Bonitas need to do better to retain members because such conduct makes a continued relationship intolerable. From Sithembiso
