i purchased a ARCTIC AIR CONDITIONER PORTABLE FAN PERSONAL SPACE AIR COOLER/HUMIDIFIER/CLEANER which when I installed, leaked like a sieve. It did not cool the air as expected. I returned the item, which was acknowledged. A test was done by Findoutmore SA on the item. (we collect the item today at postnet we have test it and is not working well we very sorry about this. please send us your banking details for a refund Thanks) This is their response in brackets. I have twice sent my banking details and am still waiting for my refund.
I want to compliment Dotsure for the fast efficient service they provide. A couple of months ago I decided to insure my dog. Two weeks ago she broke a tooth. I took her to the vet, paid the bill and sent a claim to dotsure. Chantall Scheepers contacted me shortly after I mailed the claim to explain what the procedure would be. Within 2 days my claim was paid out minus 10% for excess. Brilliant service and through out, Chantall Scheepers kept me posted.
I phone Defy Springfield on Monday 1/2/16 for a technician to attend to my fridge / freezer. i was given a reference number. yesterday 3/2/16 a technician phoned me to tell me he would be at my home in the afternoon. he also phoned my home and told my sister he would be there tomorrow (4/2/16).<br> I phoned defy again this afternoon at about 1330 as no technician has pitched up. I spoke to the service manager who was quite surprised that no one had attended my problem as yet.<br> My problem is that the service is terrible from this company. To top it off, i had previously had a technician out in October last year for the same problem.<br>
