I was help quickly, and the staff was efficient and helpful. They called me back promptly when I had question.
I have been trying to complete my Reporting Mandate and keep getting "Unsuccessful Mandate". This is extremely frustrating as I am relying on this income to pay my rent. Calling is a waste of time and emails are ignored. It is impossible to fix this issue and I will be evicted at the end of the month if this is not fixed. I have no idea how to resolve this as all the info I add is correct. Extremely stressed and frustrated with the service here.
I bought a duvet inner online. My daughter loves it, and her sisters want the same now, too. Simone helped me, and she was friendly, helpful, and proactive. They were out of stock, but she called me before any issues were raised and followed up with a call to find out if I was satisfied after delivery. And I was! This was the best customer service I have received by far! Thank you!
I placed an online order with this company and paid for it. Their system did not process the order, yet took my money. I am now struggling to get feedback from them. They told me they were "investigating" the matter, however, they took my money and did not process my order nor refund me.
