Still concerned after review of Momentum Consult and Johan Werth was removed?
I posted a review with the heading CONDERNED BEHAVIOUR BY MOMENTUM CONSULT AND JOHAN WERTH. The review was removed? Question is who requested this? Why will it be requested? Now I am wondering if this post will also be removed? The concern is not resolved. Momentum acknowledged that I will be contacted. Did not happen? Hellopeter who requested the removal?

Johan Werth
I have opened a franchise with Momentum Consult in 2014. One of the main reasons for this decision was to fulfil the FSCA’s requirement of succession planning. In 2022 I made a decision to leave the financial services industry. Momentum Consult introduced me to my successor Johan Werth with whom I concluded an agreement with for the client transfer and payment of specific amounts on specific dates. Even though all my clients were transferred to Johan and all commission and fees directed to him, I received only one payment. Even though Johan still has a franchise with Momentum Consult and they received a percentage of my fees for the last year, they are not at all interested in helping me resolving the issue. To summarize, my unhappiness with both Momentum Consult and Johan is based on the following: Johan has a franchise with Momentum Consult and is rendering financial services under their license All my clients, fees and commission flows were transferred to Johan Momentum Consult earns a split in that fee of 15% pm Johan and Momentum Consult were therefore unduly enriched as they were legally only entitled to a portion of the fee for which Johan paid. Johan is in breach of the succession agreement Both Johan and Momentum Consult did not fulfil in their obligations to see the succession through to the end.
