I regret signing up for Lion Minds. First and far most the sales person said I will only pay R5000 devided into installments. When I got home I had a problem with installing the software, I tried to reach out but couldn't get assistance. Until I just enrolled my daughter at a online school. I sent them an email to let them know that I didn't even use the software, asking them to take it back and maybe charge me a cancellation fee of some sort. They didn't respond to my email, they just called me today saying they have been trying to contact me, but unfortunately they've been calling on my old number since I bought the software back in February 2022 and sent them an email in May 2022. The lady who called me (Nombuso or something) was super rude and so unprofessional, she was speaking over me, passing threats even. She was saying I have to pay that R7000, since my account has been handed over. I am not happy at all, why should I pay for something I didn't use and tried to communicate on my side, and never got any response from them. I do not have R7000 laying around plus I'm unemployed. I am so disappointed with their service. Unfortunately yes, I won't be able to pay this money.
Zanele Booi the Sales Agent, gave excellent service, from letting me ask a million questions I have, answering all of them to her best ability, her tone never changed. The phone kept on cutting us off but she would call again and again. Great service!!!
