I purchased a RAINFALL Kitchen Mixer/Sink combo. It has multiple defects and they are not assisting me in any way. Tried to reach out multiple times but they are just quiet about the issue. Their after sale service is the pits. I wouldn't recommend them
Repo-Rate went down on the 20th of September, however Standard bank SA increased my instalment with over R300. I called in to query this and they didn't even bother to call me back instead they sent me an email saying that my instalment was affected due to the payment holiday (3 months) I took over a year ago. After my payment holiday, they debited R9,293.28. When i check the debit order history they've been inconsistent with their debit orders since inception date. The debit order always differs each month. The breakdown for the past few months are as follows: March = R9,246.21 April = R9,245.75 May = R9,244.65 June = R9,244.32 July = R9,243.71 Aug = R9,243.22 Sept = R9,564.23 The instalments include Assurance premium & Insurance premium. Can someone please explain the above instalments. STANDARD BANK DO BETTER!!! Improve your customer service
