If I could give a zero rating I would, most *********** medical aid I have dealt with!!!!!! I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the delay in processing my membership cancellation request. Despite submitting the necessary documents and following the required procedures, the process has not been finalized. This delay is causing unnecessary inconvenience and frustration, as I was under the impression that Medihelp values efficiency and customer satisfaction. I request that my cancellation be expedited immediately. Kindly confirm the status of my request and provide a clear timeline for its completion. Best family restaurant in the business, the staff are always very friendly and well dressed. The caregiver at the children play area is always nice and always looks after the children. Thank you for being such a great family restaurant.
