Do not do business with this company!
Johann and His Lawyer sent me an agreement to repay the deposit on the bike that I bought for my son in April 2024! The agreement stated he will refund the deposit and interest in full. Including a "gag" clause that I am not to discuss any particulars of the agreement with the media or make the agreement public. Probably due to the interest from The Devi Show regarding Big Eazy's Custom Bikes. I am sure you can guess what happened, the agreement was not honored. I will thus further my fight publicly. Making available any and all agreements for publication as well as on social media. "Just telling my story". Perhaps even lay ******** charges, seeing that the order by the Motor Industry Ombud was not comp**** with as well as the legal agreement signed between us. What an ********* bunch of people.

Big Eazy's Customs - Worst experience Ever
Similar to the other complaints I purchased 2 motorbikes (cafe racers one for my son) paid one in full and a 50% deposit on the 2nd bike 25 May 2024. Johann committed in writing to a 6 weeks delivery time, after calls and whatsapp messages, legal threats, personal insults, I finally received the bike paid in full, which I could ride for 5km's before the sidecar bracket came loose and is now unusable. One of the numerous comments made by Johann is that I should thank him, because he built a bike that is worth double what I paid. Just and all round arrogant and terrible person to work with. He has committed to do onsite improvements this week, but as can be expected this did not happen. I have not received the license disk either even after email confirmation that it would be couriered. My sons bike I received a photo of a sprayed fuel tank 20 weeks after the purchase date. The color is not even remotely what we requested. The sad thing is this was supposed to be an early birthday present and now we are struggling to get the deposit back to try and make alternate arrangements. The good thing about this, is the lesson I was able to teach my son, not all individuals are trustworthy, ehtical or good people, never trust anyone. Johann is by far the worst person I have ever dealt with. The case has been brought before the Motor Industry Ombud. I would suggest you do the same. Word of warning, please do not deal with this company.
