Terrible Service!!!!! I purchased 3 fish from the store. Upon their advise, I had purchased, fish food, oxygen tablets and a big bowl for 3 goldfish. At the store i noticed that one fish was already looking as the fish was going die. I had asked the question is that normal and the staff had assured me that's normal @ Friday afternoon around 16:30pm. The next morning. 2 fish had died. My parent went to the store the next day and the Manager had told her they cant refund or replace the fish as it already left the shop. My parent there after bought 2 new fish from the store at the time. A tiny fish was then given to her and 2 hours later all fish had died. In total 6 goldfish was bought from this store and all had died. I called the store this morning and the manager was very rude and she said she cannot replace any fish. The customer service is extremely poor and speaking to her on the phone was very aggravating as she used an aggressive tone and was not customer centric. I had paid close to R900.00. I feel as if i was ****med, i tried to resolve the issue, but the terrible service received and the way the it was handled was not professional. The store even cut my call whilst speaking. If someone can help, i would appreciate this. If not please be cautious when buying anything from this shop,
