Don't order online on incredible connection..They are horrible
I ordered sound bar on the 30 April 2025.it was supposed to be delivered from Jubilee mall.then it was collected by the courier but 10 minutes after recieving collection message I got the message again that the parcel has been delivered.yet I didn't receive my parcel even the courier never contacted me.same thing happened with makro even now I have not received my order.

Delivery not received
I ordered two items online.The deliveries were separated.the one delivery was received but the second delivery was not received but makro customer care claims that I have signed the delivery note.when I check the note I don't even know who signed for it.I never received any delivery pin as per courier guy.please help me out.

Makro very bad online service.Im disappointed with such a big business
Very bad,purchased two items online.the delivery was separate.up to so far I only got one delivery and the other one is gone...but their parcel tracking says it was delivered but on my side I got nothing.

HNB SADTU policies ****/poor admin
Very poor when coming to funeral or death claims.I have 2 weeks after lodging a death claim.even this today they haven't paid.everytime you call they say your application is in process.when they collect our money they go for our persals but when they have to help us we must run after them.Imagine burying your father with a loan while having him covered.I just want sum1 who can help me cancel them with my refund that I've been paying.I don't want the money for claim anymore.

Assupol Life
Stay away from assupol.very poor in communication this one's.I lodged a death claim 2 weeks ago even this day nothing is paid out.had to go for a loan to bury my father since all my policies are with assupol.will not recommend it for anyone especially on a side of death cases.everytime when you email them they will reply by saying they will get back to you know 3 hours but they never return to us.you call them they say your application is in process.even this today is in process imagine two weeks ago.anyone who can help me get all the money I've been paying all this years.I don't want their claim anymore.I'm canceling it.shame had to bury my father with a loan.
