URGENT MESSAGE TO ANYONE WHO INTEND TO USE RISEN SOLAR: PLEASE STAY AWAY AS FAR AS POSSIBLE I enquired about solar for a while now and then came across Risen Solar on 5 November. The salesman was friendly, and helpful. When I asked about why I would choose Risen above any other company, he said because of their excellent after care service. Thinking about that now makes me wanna laugh/vomit. Risen came through the next day (the 6th) and installed my solar.... EXCELLENT service, hey/. After installation they gathered around my table, waiting for me to pay the full amount. I didn't find that weird, because after all, they have now delivered the service.... They left at about 16h30.... and left did they leave.... NEVER TO BE SEEN OR HEARD OF AGAIN. (Except once) My solar kicked in twice during outages - and I was happy - and then it stopped changing over altogether. I started contacting Risen but it was as if they have disappeared from the face of the earth. After SEVERAL days, somebody eventually phoned me back and explained how to reboot the system....with a toothpick nogal.... This didnt had any effect on the performance of the solar. It still didnt switch over. After that, getting hold of Risen became completely impossible. They did not answer my calls, neither did they respond on mywhatsapp messages. I turned to my lawyer for assistance, - seems like the got a bit or a fright - I got a call and I was promised a technician would come out on saturday 6 December at 8am. To be honest - I was not THAT surprised when they did not pitch as promised. Since then, Risen solar has ignored me completely. I have now instructed my lawyer to take the matter further. Please if anyone reads this message: RUN AWAY FROM RISEN SOLAR AS FAR AS POSSIBLE.
I really struggled to get hold of Oursurance this time around.... And the option that the initial consultant gave to me, never worked. (To reply 1 on a sms) I am waiting to be refunded by OUTsurance....something that I hope will happen very quick
It is now 14 days since I have decided to go over to Vumatel...WHAT A HUGE MISTAKE!!!! Four tickets gave already been issued by them...each o e with a turn around ttime of 48 to 72 hours. ..And stil...NO WIFI!!!! When I tried to cancel my new application I was told I will have to give a month's notice...which I find completely ridiculous...I have even had access to the wifi..If ANYBODY ever reads this...please save you the absolute frustration by signing up for this *********** company...You will look far to find worse...
I just bought a new car, and as always, over the past 20 or more years, the service I received from Outsurance was ABSOLUTELY fabulous. I can DEFINITELY vow for them for GREAT and PROFESSIONAL service
