On 27 April I placed an order for nappies. This was advertised on their facebook page and website. To date I have not received my nappies. It is impossible to get hold of them as they do not answer phones. They have since sent out lawyer letters to some customers promising delivery on the 12th. This is the absolute WORST customer service I have EVER received. The lack of communication as well as should you publicly say they are not doing a good job they threaten with legal action. Surely this is totally unacceptable. Unfortunately they have taken LOADS of orders and can not deliver.
