Bay Cart sold baby nappies online and did not deliver on set deadlines for delivery. It is evident that logistics and business experience is lacking and this was although unfortunate not a real problem based on promises of full refunds.<br> <br> My problem is now the delay tactics by Malan attorney using an Gmail email account and more recently Rolanda Lemmer attorney how threaten claim damages of R 100 000 for posting bad reports about Baby Cart and who will keep printed record of bad reports by using a unsigned attorney letter. But seems to have misplaced my purchase details and bank information. At my risk i am asked to confirm my ordered amount and to resend my banking details. If not done i will not be refunded of my R 2000 order.<br> <br> My view is that this is another bad attempt to delay a refund of a start up bussiness with no cash flow. Any further purchases will be a huge financial risk.

I am writing today to complain of the poor service I received from Baby Cart since 22 April 2015. <br> I placed an order on 22 April 2015 ( ORDER 00281 ) for baby nappies.<br> Since the date stipulated above I have been send various email/messages with excuses on why I have not yet receive my order. Lawyer letter from Malan attorneys saying we will receive nappies by 12 June.<br> AND GUESS WHAT? on 12 June another lawyers letter from Lemmer attorneys saying 12 June delivery will not happen and that we will have to wait another 14 days for refund.<br> <br> Even the lawyers knows Baby Cart is a scam now lawyer #2 is bullshitting us for another 14 days!<br> <br> They are a fraud and the are thief's!! <br> <br>

I ordered my nappies on the 8th of May as they were having this amazing(!!) special where the nappies were cheaper than any retail store.. should have known it was TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE.. then we get an email stating that there is a problem with the courier service bla bla bla.. we are then told that we should go and collect as they are struggling with the couriers.. but quite frankly, that isn't my problem!! Very difficult to collect if you live in Durban and they are in jhb.. then I phone and sms the CELL number and get sent a lawyers letter - where the lawyer as a GMAIL email address?? and its address to some arb person! long story short, the deadline for delivery was today 12 JUNE... and guess what.. NOOO NAPPIES HAVE ARRIVED!! When I emailed her last night to remind her of the deadline, she tells me to contact yet another lawyer who when you call, has a full mailbox.. imagine that... whilst the letter said Baby cart is not a scam... , I BEG TO DIFFER... taking someone's money and not delivering is a bloody SCAM!!!!!!<br> <br> don't ever use them.. I will never be caught again and I will never recommend them to anyone! <br>

I ordered my nappies on 24 April! A special promo they where running on the FB page! Empty promises! From bad couriers,to no pick up! Had two different Attorneys already involved! Promised delivery on 12 June! The worst is there is yet again another nappy promotion on her FB page! Is this woman looney? Very unhappy! Now we will have to wait and see if we actually do get our money back! Absolutely shocking experience! Shocking lack of common decentcy and just good old Customer Service! She must not run a business!

I ordered my nappies on 24 April! A special promo they where running on the FB page! Empty promises! From bad couriers,to no pick up! Had two different Attorneys already involved! Promised delivery on 12 June! The worst is there is yet again another nappy promotion on her FB page! Is this woman looney? Very unhappy! Now we will have to wait and see if we actually do get our money back! Absolutely shocking experience! Shocking lack of common decentcy and just good old Customer Service! She must not run a business!

I made an online purchase from them and paid on the 7th May 2015. They then kept giving excuses on why delivery was not made. after continues run around and then no contact from them they sent us a letter from an attorney advising we will be refunded on the 12th June 2015. however now on the date payment must be made we get another letter from a different attorney advising it will be done 14 days from now. this to me is them not wanting to refund us the clients their money back. I'm going to be laying a fraud charge against them as i don't see them paying me back otherwise as we will just be getting another letter from a different attorney in 14 days.

I have ordered Pampers Premium Nappies, 4boxes on 26 April and received nothing todate... they don't respond to phone calls, to emails and send condescending mass emails to customers complaining claiming they don't only sell nappies and can not reply to everyone...<br> I have been waiting for refund since I don't want the nappies and nothing to do with them ever as a customer and there is a huge amount of people complaining about them and they still are not delivering or refunding 2months later.

On 27 April I placed an order for nappies. This was advertised on their facebook page and website. To date I have not received my nappies. It is impossible to get hold of them as they do not answer phones. They have since sent out lawyer letters to some customers promising delivery on the 12th. This is the absolute WORST customer service I have EVER received. The lack of communication as well as should you publicly say they are not doing a good job they threaten with legal action. Surely this is totally unacceptable. Unfortunately they have taken LOADS of orders and can not deliver.

On 27 April I placed an order for nappies. This was advertised on their facebook page and website. To date I have not received my nappies.
