Bay Cart sold baby nappies online and did not deliver on set deadlines for delivery. It is evident that logistics and business experience is lacking and this was although unfortunate not a real problem based on promises of full refunds.<br> <br> My problem is now the delay tactics by Malan attorney using an Gmail email account and more recently Rolanda Lemmer attorney how threaten claim damages of R 100 000 for posting bad reports about Baby Cart and who will keep printed record of bad reports by using a unsigned attorney letter. But seems to have misplaced my purchase details and bank information. At my risk i am asked to confirm my ordered amount and to resend my banking details. If not done i will not be refunded of my R 2000 order.<br> <br> My view is that this is another bad attempt to delay a refund of a start up bussiness with no cash flow. Any further purchases will be a huge financial risk.
