I am struggling to get a bank card for a new user on the Business account for almost two weeks. They are sending me back and forth. Someone phoned me, but no luck at all. No one that can assist me until the end. This is very unprofessional for Business banking.
Please stay away from Access pools !! I have ordered a fiberglass swimming pool from Juan Diederiks. I had to pay upfront. Said he will deliver after 10 days. Its been a month now and nothing has happened. Just telling me lies everyday why he can't deliver. And now not returning my calls.

Afer phone calls, sitting driving 760km, sitting for hours at a Vodacom shop to sort this out, Vodacom has credited my account with jyst over R5000.</p> <p>I then had a faulty Sony device with Vodaworld send in. They then let me know i could come and pick-up the device. Were there yesterday to collect. Well greate, they had exchange the unit.</p> <p> </p> <p>Wen i got back home (Lephalale), i pick up the new device uses a Nano-sim. Went to Lephalale Vodacom i found out my account had been block...... the acount is in CREDIT.....</p> <p>I phoned Vodacom account department and the person i talk to, told me that he could see the credit and that it will be fixed in 48hrs. This is were i got cross. This were there fault , NOT MINE. I asked him to talk to his superviser and after holding on for some time, he then told me that his superviser said this will be fixed within 2 to 5 hrs. Well 5 hour passed. Phoned Vodacoms custumer line to get a Sim swap done.....well.....again...</p> <p>The lady told me that this will take 48hrs and not sooner.</p> <p>VODACOM HAS GOT BAD SERVICE.</p> <p>All OK until you have got a problem. Whether it is there fault or yours. BAD, BAD.</p> <p>This were there fault, not mine. They have block my account becauseof them not taking money off from the credit. DAM</p>
<p>FNB send us a message on 4th May to submit some FICA documents before the 8th. The next day I went to the branch and submit necessary documents. Got home and want to pay our workers. One of our accounts was not on our banking profile anymore. We phoned them, they can't help us via telephone. Went back to the branch, need to setup another profile, they can't link it to our profile again. When we tried to do payments, NO BENEFICIARY WAS LINK, NO HISTORY OF PAYMENTS !!!! WHAT NOW !!!FNB !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!</p>
<p>In 2011 I took up a policy (car insurance) with Auto & General through Iemas brokers. I have sold that vehicle and want to cancel the policy. Iemas said several times that they can't because Auto & General are not on their books anymore, but a consultant will contact me, but never did. Auto & Gen said they can't cancel it, because it is underwritten through a broker...... What if it was a claim ????? I am not going to pay this premium !!!</p>
On Tuesday,26 Jan, my husband took our faulty DSTV decoder to the shop in Ellisras. They confirm that it is the decoder that is faulty, they give us a new decoder, but must do the switch and they need a code for that, that would only took an hour to get. WE ARE STILL WAITING TO GET OUR DECODER BACK !! The people at the shop are trying their best to help, but the DSTV lines or something is not working. PLEASE HELP !!! This is not acceptable service from the DSTV/Multichoice inside the shop....
Don't buy cheap nappies from this website ! This is a scam. They advertise and then dissapear with you money !!!!1
