Makro Online is a joke of an online service. I bought items almost a month back now and a few days later lodged a return and I am 300km away from the nearest store, hence I ordered online. My return was first expected of me to return instore and I refused to the customer consultant and she escalated the request and gave ref # 2913684. Two weeks gone I call and mail requesting update on the return and refund and now they want me to restart the process and give reseasoning as to why i am returning and why I can not take the items 300km to the nearest tore, and they grant now a new reference disregarding the old reference that was escalated. All in all they are refusing the return or fetching the items and just restarting the rocesses, im sure until return period lapses or I grow tired and kee the still boxed in original packaging items. Never have I been so let down and annoyed at an online service, and their customer service is clueless and just exhausting.
The bus I'm on was late for almost 2 hours, the park station staff have no direction or system for their patrons in waiting, it was chaotic. The bus itself is filthy with ****roaches, im even scared of any opening in bags or clothing...
Such a jaw dropping experience... The beauty of the accommodation, the food and service is soo luxurious and worth the name of royalty... I'm in awe of the price comparison to the experience, even the most rated Hotels don't compare..
The Oak Manor room I was booked in was a maid/helper outside flat, (maybe judging from my name the ownership saw fit for my residence) whilst the entire house was empty and the room was not as seen on the Booking.com app with absolutely tiny spaces of movement in the room. The room had no hot water to shower or bath after my long trip, no staff to ensure welcome or address queries and when you contact the number given at booking no answer or reply to texts are hours later. One window to the premises did not close properly, so imagine the draft coming in at night, plus outside the window there was some slimy water with small flies that flew in the room and welcomed my arrival in the absence of the ownership/staff.
I have ordered Pampers Premium Nappies, 4boxes on 26 April and received nothing todate... they don't respond to phone calls, to emails and send condescending mass emails to customers complaining claiming they don't only sell nappies and can not reply to everyone...<br> I have been waiting for refund since I don't want the nappies and nothing to do with them ever as a customer and there is a huge amount of people complaining about them and they still are not delivering or refunding 2months later.
