Received refund from Immigration Assist
Updating my previous reviews of this company: Dean Beifus reached out to me, apologized for the long delay, and refunded the amount due to me. Dean was courteous and professional. Unfortunately I cannot upgrade the star rating, due not only to Tanya Beifus's inactions but also to the extremely nasty email I recently received from her.

Tanya Beifus will not make your promised refund when she can't get your document.
I'm updating my previous review. I have now been waiting over three months for the refund promised to me twice by Tanya Beifus. Emails go unanswered. The WhatsApp contact has blocked my number. Tanya first asked for proof that I'd paid them. Check. Done. Then she said she can't make a refund to a US bank account. Very strange as Clearance Central accomplished that feat when they could not get a document for me. I provided my daughter's South African bank account details. I've followed up four times, never more than once a week. There is only dead air. The only reason I gave one star is

You won't get your promised refund if they can't get your birth certificate!
I paid this company for expedited service to get my daughter's vault birth certificate. They promised on their website, and Tanya confirmed in a WhatsApp call, that should they be unable to get the document, they would refund half my money and tell me how to proceed. The National Archives had lost the birth certificate. Tanya did tell me how to proceed but the company has never refunded a single cent. I have made several polite requests for the refund. Tanya told me in October that she was overseas till the 28th of October and would see to it on her return. Nothing happened, so I emailed a request for an update. Nothing. I asked again. Nothing. I went to WhatsApp and it looks as if Tanya has blocked my number as the chat chain has vanished and the message I sent has not been read. This leads me to suspect that she has also blocked my email address. I recommend Hamilton at Clearance Central. When he could not get a document for me, he refunded the entire fee! He's very professional, answering messages the same day, and delivering results in very quick time.

Clearance Centrall provides excellent service
I thoroughly recommend Clearance Centre. The service is excellent. Hamilton is professional, efficient, courteous, and friendly. He was able to very quickly get a copy of my Rhodesian birth certificate; family members had told me it was impossible. He also acquired my South African Police Clearance and got it apostilled with no hassle. I had paid for one document that was not obtainable and Hamilton refunded my payment. Hamilton went above and beyond to help me with my documents.
