Two pot withdrawal

Submitted my two pot withdrawal application on 6 weeks ago, when trying to call them you hold for an hour on the line the agents are pathetic and always have a different excuse each and every time, are they even processing these applications? our money is deducted every month but it's a hustle to get it back what is this? CRF Please explain we need answers.
